Brian Juul, Community Liaison
Brian was born in St. Louis Park and graduated from Richfield High School. He received his Associates Degree in Sales Marketing from Normandale Community College, and later earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Sales Marketing from Mount Marty College, SD. His training and philosophy are grounded in an integrity-based approach to his work—going the extra mile to solve needs in an honest and respectful manner.
Brian's work at Home Health Care, Inc. includes a dual role of Director of Sales with Home Health Care, Inc. and Director of Business Development for Legacy Home Care, our private pay brand. He enjoys cultivating relationships with referral sources and educating them on the different lines of service we offer. A favorite part of his job is meeting with families and seniors who are experiencing a health care crisis—helping them navigate through it by providing resources, guidance, and education on all viable options.
Brian is currently a member of the Minneapolis and St. Paul Area Senior Workers Associations, as well as the Alzheimer's Association. When not in the office, he enjoys working out, walking area lakes, jet skiing, roller blading, tennis, and riding his bike. Brian is also an avid car buff and has a dealer's license. He enjoys attending auto auctions.

Kim Wagner, LSW, Community Liaison
Kim was born and raised in Apple Valley. She attended Minnesota State University, Mankato and earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW). As a Licensed Social Worker, Kim has worked in a variety of settings including transitional care, long term care, and memory care units. Kim is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the St. Paul Senior Workers' Association, as well as the President of the MNHSWA (Minnesota Nursing Home Social Workers’ Association.)
As a community liaison for Home Health Care, Inc., Kim is available to meet with home care clients, family members, and referral sources to provide personalized services. Her approach is always client centered. One of Kim's philosophies is that attitude is a choice. We have a choice each day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day—and for Kim, a positive attitude is key.
When not in the office, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends at their cabin in Wisconsin. Kim also enjoys playing cribbage, going to movies, and trying new restaurants. Kim is a loyal Twins and Vikings fan and supports Minnesota teams by consistently watching and attending the games. Kim also takes pleasure in cooking; trying new recipes and attending classes.

Karissa Borchert, MSW, LGSW, Community Liaison
Karissa is originally from a small town in southwestern Minnesota and currently resides in Plymouth, MN. She graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and completed her Masters of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Minnesota.
Karissa has worked in a variety of social service and medical settings most frequently with adults and elders with mental illnesses and neuromuscular diseases. She is a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP), and has received her LGSW.
Karissa has a passion for helping clients find and utilize needed services in an effort to have them maintain a healthy, stable lifestyle. She understands that each client has unique needs and works to ensure they receive the best care and services possible. Karissa enjoys working with a client's entire team, including family members and referral sources to make a transition as smooth as possible.
When not in the office, Karissa keeps busy with her little boy, training for and running marathons, golfing, traveling, and going to concerts. Karissa enjoys spending time with family and friends—and exploring new attractions and restaurants in the metro area.

Cole Michaelson, Community Liaison
Cole was born and raised in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and later attended Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. He has held roles in a variety of different healthcare settings, including recruiting, pharmaceuticals, and home care giving him the ability to provide many resources to his clients and their families.
Cole’s role at Home Health Care, Inc. includes working with the client, their family, referral source and anyone involved in the care being provided. He finds peace of mind knowing that he is able to help guide others through the sometimes-challenging world of health care services. Being able to personalize each client’s care depending on their needs is one of Cole’s favorite parts of his job. Connecting with and coordinating services differs for everyone, and he takes pride in being able to play a role in his client’s care.
When not in the office, Cole enjoys spending his free time with friends and family. In the summer and fall you can find him exploring new golf courses and breweries around the Twin Cities as well as playing pond hockey in the winter months. In addition to staying active, you can also find Cole cheering on the Minnesota Wild at many home games.

Kerri Riester, Community Liaison
Kerri grew up in Edina, Minnesota and attended Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Communications with an emphasis in Mass Media & Sociology. Kerri has served in a variety of healthcare settings including independent & assisted living, memory care, and health clinics as well as working with a medical services organization that provides a wide variety of services in senior communities.
Kerri takes great pride in knowing that those she works with will receive great care. She enjoys being able to make connections, build relationships and enhance the lives of others in whatever setting she works in. As a community liaison for Home Health Care, Inc., Kerri is available to meet with and review services and healthcare options with clients, their families and referral sources. Being able to put clients and families’ minds at ease as she helps guide them through the home care process is a favorite part of her job!
When not in the office, you can find Kerri traveling to some of her favorite destinations: on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico or outdoors in Colorado! She enjoys trying new things & foods as well as spending time with her three grown children.

Cassandra Nickell, Community Liaison
Cassandra was born and raised in Quincy, Illinois. She earned her Bachelors of Music in Music Therapy from Western Illinois University and later moved to Minnesota to complete her music therapy internship where she fell in love with the Twin Cities and decided to stay. Cassandra has worked in a variety of settings including skilled nursing, adult day, memory care, and most recently as a Licensed Assisted Living Director giving her a breadth of knowledge and resources that benefit those she works with.
Cassandra enjoys working through challenges to help create the best quality of life for those she serves. She has a passion for working with those with dementia and believes that everyone deserves to receive the best care possible. As a community liaison for Home Health Care, Inc., Cassandra meets with a client’s entire team, including family members and referral sources to make sure they are safe and comfortable wherever they call home.
When not in the office, Cassandra enjoys practicing yoga, reading, attending concerts, going for walks, and playing clarinet in a concert band. She also spends time with her two dogs, and fosters animals through a local rescue.
